Refund Policy

At BitWise Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consulting services that meet client expectations. Because our services are based on time, expertise, and strategy, we follow the refund guidelines below:


1. Consulting Services

  • Fees for consulting sessions, strategy planning, or advisory services that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

  • If a session is booked and canceled at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.


2. Project-Based Services

  • For larger projects (e.g., IT infrastructure planning, cloud migration, or cybersecurity audits), refunds are considered only if no work has been initiated after payment.

  • Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable, but unused portions of prepaid services may be credited toward future consulting work.


3. Retainers & Ongoing Plans

  • Retainer fees (monthly/quarterly) are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

  • Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing written notice at least 15 days before renewal.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at the discretion of BitWise Consulting in cases such as:

  • Service not delivered as agreed in the signed proposal or contract.

  • Billing errors or duplicate payments.
